Shipping Policy for iLoveShop

Thank you for shopping at iLoveShop! We are dedicated to delivering your kitchenware and cookware products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and procedures.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
- International: Select countries worldwide. International availability is shown at checkout based on your shipping address
Note: Some remote areas may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large or heavy kitchenware items.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $49
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99
- Express Shipping: $24.99
3.2 International Shipping
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your iLoveShop account and viewing your order history
- Using the tracking number on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS)
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Multiple Shipments
Large orders or orders containing items from different warehouse locations may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
7. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your kitchenware to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
- Fragile items (glassware, ceramic cookware, etc.) are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and foam inserts
- Heavy items (cast iron, stainless steel pots, etc.) are secured in reinforced boxes
- All packages are clearly marked with appropriate handling instructions
8. Shipping Issues
8.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if tracking has not updated for 7+ days:
- Contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim
- Contact us at support@iloveshop.shop and we will assist in locating your package
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
8.2 Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 7 days at support@iloveshop.shop
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
8.3 Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the wrong item to be returned at no cost to you.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
- Contact us immediately at support@iloveshop.shop
- Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped
- We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
