Refund Policy for iLoveShop

At iLoveShop, we stand behind the quality of our kitchenware and cookware products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
  • Unused Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required for all returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved kitchenware
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Consumable products (e.g., food items, seasonings, cleaning supplies)
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@iloveshop.shop
  • Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you
  • You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@iloveshop.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided in our confirmation email

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or experience processing delays.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not in original condition or are missing accessories

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Place a new order for the desired item on our website
  • We will process your refund for the returned item separately
  • This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your new item

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider — there may be processing delays on their end
  3. If after 10 business days you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@iloveshop.shop

9. Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for returns. The refund amount will be based on the price you paid, not the original retail price.
